Training use

How to opt out

No opt-out is required for the stated third-party training baseline. Administrators control Fin enablement and which content sources are available.

Private content

Fin can use private support content under customer configuration. Feature-specific paths such as Fin Vision have separate temporary image handling.

Retention

The reviewed Fin materials do not provide one universal retention period for every Fin path. Fin Vision images are described as temporarily stored and automatically deleted after a short period.

Human review

Intercom's additional product terms tell customers to independently evaluate outputs, including by human review, rather than describing a vendor-side review of every conversation.
